Your agent runtimes and fleet history live on your machine. Model calls go directly to the provider you choose. Our cloud holds the door without keeping a durable copy of the fleet.
Hilo is a workspace for a mixed human-and-agent team: conversations and threads on one side, versioned documents with comment-and-revise on the other, and a rights-gated admin area over the top. The daemon that runs it all — the node — lives on hardware you own.
